Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

1. What we collect

When you create a ligi account we collect your name, email address, and the workout data you choose to log — including sessions, exercises, sets, body-weight entries, and cardio sessions. We do not collect or store your payment details: Squads subscriptions are billed by Apple through the App Store.

2. How we use your data

Your data is used solely to power the ligi experience: displaying your progress, calculating your leaderboard rank, and syncing between the iOS and Android apps and the web app. We do not sell your data to third parties, and we do not use your workout data for advertising.

3. Data storage

Your account data is stored securely in Google Firebase (Firestore and Firebase Authentication), located in the United States. Workout data logged locally on your device is stored in your browser's localStorage and is not transmitted unless you are signed in.

4. Account privacy

By default your ligi profile is private. You control who can see your activity and can set your account to private at any time from the iOS or Android app settings. Only approved followers can view your sessions and stats when private mode is enabled.

5. Analytics & cookies

The ligi app uses localStorage (not cookies) to persist your session and preferences. This marketing website (ligi.app) uses Google Analytics to understand traffic, and — when we're running advertising campaigns — the Meta Pixel to measure ad performance and reach people who've visited. These set cookies and are used only to measure and improve our own campaigns; we never sell your data.

6. Deleting your data

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the iOS or Android app. Upon deletion, your profile, workout history, and all personal data are permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.
