By downloading LIGI or using the LIGI web app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use LIGI.

2. The service

LIGI is a free fitness tracking application available on iOS and via the web. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use LIGI. You agree not to share your account with others or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

4. User content

You retain ownership of all workout data and content you create in LIGI. By using the service, you grant LIGI a limited license to store and display your content to power features like the leaderboard and social feed. We will never sell your content.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to abuse the LIGI platform, attempt to access other users' accounts, reverse-engineer the app, or use the service to harass other users. Violations may result in account termination.

6. Disclaimer

LIGI is a fitness tracking tool and does not provide medical advice. Always consult a qualified professional before beginning any exercise program. Use LIGI at your own risk.

7. Limitation of liability

LIGI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LIGI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
