Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By downloading ligi or using the ligi web app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use ligi.

2. The service

ligi is a fitness app available on iOS, Android, and via the web. Core features — workout logging, plans, analytics, body-weight tracking, and the public leaderboard — are free. Squads (private friend-group leaderboards) is an optional paid subscription, billed by Apple through the App Store. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use ligi. You agree not to share your account with others or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Squads is billed through your Apple App Store account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. A free trial, where offered, converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends. We do not process or store your payment details — Apple handles all billing.

5. User content

You retain ownership of all workout data and content you create in ligi. By using the service, you grant ligi a limited license to store and display your content to power features like the leaderboard and social layer. We will never sell your content.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to abuse the ligi platform, attempt to access other users' accounts, reverse-engineer the app, or use the service to harass other users. Violations may result in account termination.

7. Disclaimer & liability

ligi is a fitness tracking tool and does not provide medical advice. Always consult a qualified professional before beginning any exercise program. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and to the maximum extent permitted by law ligi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
